Twin Cities Metro Youth Homelessness Services Youth in Minneapolis and Saint Paul who are at-risk or experiencing homelessness can find non-judgmental support and assistance at LSS. We serve hundreds of youth every year in the Twin Cities metro area, and are committed to providing youth with the resources they need to launch into productive, healthy and independent lives. COVID-19 Update Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS) is committed to the health and safety of the youth we serve, our employees and volunteers. Our leadership has developed a three-tiered COVID-19 response with specific activities based on recommendations from Minnesota Department of Health and CDC.
