CSC - CHANGE INC. (thechangeinc.org) The Community & School Collaborative (CSC) started as joint project of Guadalupe Alternative Programs (GAP) and Change Inc. to remove mental and emotional barriers to school success. Today, CSC has mental health practitioners and professionals in 28 Twin City metro schools to provide on-site school-based mental health services to more than 650 children and families. School-Based & Outpatient Mental Health Services Our School-Based & Outpatient Mental Health Services are provided at school during school hours, in Out-of-School Time in the community, and in the home. Schools, school districts, and government agencies all contribute to funding these efforts (in addition to insurance reimbursements).
