Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council

The Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council, a coalition of community-based organizations that advocates for the rights and needs of the Asian and Pacific Islander American Community, created an online platform to report incidences of coronavirus anti-AAPI racism. This helpline reinforces the state’s efforts to protect the civil rights of Minnesotans.
