Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council

The Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council, a coalition of community-based organizations that advocates for the rights and needs of the Asian and Pacific Islander American Community, created an online platform to report incidences of coronavirus anti-AAPI racism. This helpline reinforces the state’s efforts to protect the civil rights of Minnesotans. It allows those who experience or witness bias and discrimination to report incidents to the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. Available in multiple languages.
