HB101 Minnesota - Housing Support (formerly Group Residential Housing)

You also must meet certian standards for at least one of these situations:
- Permanent or temporary illness or incapacity
- Pending application for SSI and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
- Medically certified as having a developmental disability or mental illness
- Drug or alcohol addiction
- Require services in residence
- Learning disability impacting employment
- Advanced age (55 or older) impacting employment
- Unemployable.
Group Residential Housing is a group living situation. The GRH program pays room and board and sometimes program costs to unrelated persons who meet GRH program eligibility requirements.
Group Residential Housing includes:
- Licensed Board and Lodges
- Licensed Board and Care (Non-MA Certified)
- Adult Foster Care
- Rule 36 Facilities
- Supervised Living Facilities
- Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) Facilities
