 Ways to Work Programs Ways to Work  offers fair-interest vehicle loans for individuals with poor or no credit.  Loans are based on the affordability of re-payment.  These program is designed to help individuals move toward greater financial stability and advance career opportunities, In addition to loan assistance.   Getting to Work Programs The Getting to Work Project is designed for nonprofit organizations to establish and operate programs that provide, repair or maintain motor vehicles to assist eligible individuals (economically disadvantaged individuals 22 years of age and over) to obtain or maintain employment. In addition to the above services, grantees must also offer one or more of the following: Financial literacy education; Education on budgeting for vehicle ownership; Car maintenance and repair instruction; Credit counseling; and Job training related to motor vehicle maintenance and repair.
